  5. PC WORKS Release 5.0 provides an easy-to-use menu interface to communications
  6. applications. It enables TANDY DOS systems to connect with TANDY XENIX (or
  7. other UNIX) systems such as VT100/52, VT220, ANSI, or TTY Terminal Emulators.
  8. Used with the Unihost product, it offers ASCII Binary file transfers,
  9. processing of electronic mail and data format conversion. When you use PCWorks
  10. with the Connectables family, the PC can process e-mail, transport all types of
  11. files, and print reports remotely. Other features include communication needs,
  12. standard support for 10 function keys, 24 host-programmed keys, scripting,
  13. scrolling within main menu windows, and support of X-modem protocol or ASCII
  14. non-protocol standards

  16. New release allows the arguments to be passed from the configuration, fully
  17. NETBIOS compatible input to be started within the script, labels and goto's to
  18. allow common code sections to be reused within a script, and any ``keyword''
  19. can be started directly from DOS. This allows you to integrate PCWorks with a
  20. DOS shell program.
